The sunny village of Terenten
An experience in summer and winterTerenten in the ski & alpine region Gitschberg Jochtal is the ideal starting point for hiking tours. Many hiking trails start directly from the Kuenhof. The Pertingeralm is a popular destination in summer. In winter, a nippy toboggan run leads up to the alpine pasture or further on with touring skis to the Terner Jöchl. Around the Tiefrastenhütte (2.312 m) hikers and mountaineers, summer and winter find unique tours.
In less than an hour you will find yourself in the imposing Dolomites. On June 26, 2009, parts of the Dolomites were recognized by UNESCO as a World Natural Heritage Site.
